Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At OraClean, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. PureWaver Pro™ is designed to deliver professional-grade cleaning results from the comfort of your home, and we stand behind its quality.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and courier service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
- USA & CA: 5–8 business days (tracked shipping)
- UK & EU: 7–12 business days (tracked shipping)
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days (tracked shipping)
Note: During peak seasons or unforeseen delays (e.g. customs), shipping times may be longer. OraClean is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
- Returns must be shipped back with a trackable courier service at the customer’s expense.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened PureWaver Pro™ devices.
If your unit is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for:
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Used, opened, or damaged items not caused by transit or defects.
- Replacement units (final sale).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first contact your local courier. While OraClean is not liable for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at admin@oraclean.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide photos/video of the unopened item (or defect, if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship your item with a trackable courier service.
